Earthworks NV was founded by two heavy civil estimators who have spent their entire careers in the industry. They came up through the trades, from entry level to running an outfit. Every estimate is built with that understanding of what the job actually takes.

• 100% US-based: nothing is offshored or farmed out.
• Real costs: your costs when you have them, field-validated numbers when you don't.
• The full document set: civil, structural, landscape, architectural, specs, geotech, and every addendum.
• Retainer or per project: a set monthly rate, or one bid at a time. Your quote is confirmed before any work starts.

Based in Nevada, and serving sitework contractors anywhere in the United States and Canada. Every estimate is built from your plans and specs and priced with your local market rates.

Client Protection Policy

Your numbers are your business. Here is how we protect them on every job.

• NDA first: we sign your NDA, or ours, before you send plans.
• Used on your bid only: your unit prices, production rates, markups, and bid results are never shared or reused in another client’s estimate.
• One bidder per project: we estimate each project for one bidder only, so your number is never built alongside a competitor’s. If any other conflict comes up on a job, we tell you and step off it.
• Your files, your call: we delete your plans and estimate files after bid day on request.
