• Earthwork: cut & fill volumes, site balance, import/export with shrink & swell factors, topsoil strip, borrow analysis
• Over-excavation & recompaction: pulled straight from the geotechnical report, building pads and pavement areas separated
• Demolition: asphalt and concrete removal, structures, clear & grub, sawcut linear footage, haul-off volumes
• Asphalt paving: areas and tonnage by section, mill & overlay depths, R&R, seal coat and striping
• Aggregate base & subgrade prep: tonnage by pavement section, scarify & recompact areas
• Concrete: curb & gutter by type, sidewalk, valley gutter, ADA ramps, dumpster pads, drive approaches
• Wet utilities: storm drain, sewer, and water by size and depth, structures, trench volumes, bedding & backfill
• Dry utilities: trench footage, conduit, joint trench, vaults and boxes
• Erosion control / SWPPP: silt fence, track-out control, inlet protection, stabilization
• Walls: retaining, screen, and rockery by height zone

A clean, organized Excel workbook sorted by CSI division or your own bid form structure, plus color-marked plan PDFs so every quantity is traceable to the sheet it came from. No black boxes: if you want to check a number, you can see exactly where it lives on the plans.
